HAYSL Adult League

Fall Registration

You must be 19 years old by August 1, 2011 to play in the adult league

Fall Registration time and location:

• Sunday July 31st from 5:00 till 6:30 at the Fairgrounds Park Pavilion.
• Final Registration Sunday August 7th from 3:00 till 6:00 at the Fairgrounds Park Pavilion

Please bring two copies of your registration form with you along with a check for registration fees.

You may also register by mail.  Send two completed and signed registration forms along with a check payable to AYSO Adult League 5063 to

Registration Fees

• Division I (Competitive) $65.00 per players
• Division II (a.k.a. Geezer Division) (Recreational, i.e. no sliding tackles) $55.00 per player

Games will be played on Sunday afternoons at Fairgrounds Park or Western Heights Middle School.
