Download a copy of the Player Evaluation Form.  Please fill it out and return it to your division coordinator. Division Coordinators contact information can be found on the Contacts page.

Coach Training

Would you like to find some way to help, we are always in the need for good coaches and we have an excellent coach training program.  This fall we will be offering U6, U8, U10 and U12 Coach training courses.

U6 and U8 Coach Training is July 31st from 9:00 till 11:00 locaton TBA

U10, U12 Coach Training is Jluy 31st from 11:30 till 2:30 locaton TBA

There will also be an optional drills clinic the same day from 6:00 PM till 7:00 PM at the fairgrounds.
